- Dear Danang is a booking platform that connects travelers with authentic experiences in Da Nang, Vietnam.
- All tours are operated and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Friends of Danang.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through Dear Danang.
- Prices are displayed in USD currency and may change without prior notice.
- No payments will be taken at the time of booking. As of this time, we do not accept online payment and all payments are in cash basis. Pay with cash to the driver on your tour day. Please see our Payment Methods for more information.
- We may accept bank transfer at your request. Please see our Payment Methods for supported currency.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through Dear Danang.
- Free cancellation for up to 24 hours in advance for most tours. Ticket options are non-refundable once fulfilled.
- Dear Danang reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Dear Danang acts solely as a booking intermediary. Friends of Danang is responsible for tour operations, including guides, drivers, and on-the-ground services.
- Dear Danang is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during the tour.
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, health, and travel requirements.
Changes to Itinerary
- Friends of Danang may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
- Dear Danang will notify customers of significant changes as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
- Dear Danang respects your privacy and will not share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill your booking.
